Incense Care Guidelines:
- Place the incense stick in a stable holder to catch falling ash.
- Light the tip of the stick carefully; it should begin smouldering, and if a flame persists, gently blow on it.
- Position the stick on a level, heat-resistant surface, keeping it out of reach of pets and children.
- Burn the incense in a well-ventilated room, but away from draughts.
- While the incense stick and ash may not produce a flame, they are hot when alight.
- Ensure the incense is kept away from flammable materials.
- Never leave a lit incense stick unattended.
- Avoid inhaling incense smoke.
- Refrain from moving a lit incense stick.
- Dispose of spent sticks and ash carefully once they have completely cooled.
- Although incense will naturally burn out, cautiously dip the lit tip into a cup of cold water if you wish to extinguish it early.
