Spiritual Products & Services

Wax Spiritual offers spiritual products, consultations, tarot readings, workshops, and educational resources intended to support personal reflection and spiritual practice.

Our products and services are provided for spiritual, educational, and personal development purposes. Individual beliefs and experiences vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Nothing sold or offered by Wax Spiritual is intended to replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you require assistance in these areas, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Handmade Products

Many Wax Spiritual products are handmade or produced in small batches.

As a result, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance, botanical content, decoration, shape, and texture should be expected. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute faults.

Product photographs are provided as an indication of the item you will receive and may differ slightly from the finished product.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible.

However, colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and natural materials may differ from batch to batch.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Wax Spiritual are intended for spiritual, decorative, or aromatic purposes only.

Products are not intended for consumption.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.

Product Safety

Please use all products responsibly and follow any instructions supplied with your purchase.

Candles

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Trim the wick to approximately 6 mm (¼ inch) before each burn.
• Do not burn a candle for more than four hours at a time.
• Stop using the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains.

Incense, Loose Incense & Cleansing Bundles

• Always burn incense or cleansing bundles in an appropriate heat-resistant holder.
• Never leave burning materials unattended.
• Ensure the area is well-ventilated and keep it away from children, pets, and combustible materials.

Wax Melts

• Only use wax melts in an appropriate wax warmer.
• Never leave melting wax unattended and keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Decorative Resin Products

• Decorative resin items are not designed to withstand high temperatures unless otherwise stated.
• Keep away from naked flames, excessive heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Readings & Spiritual Consultations

Readings and consultations are offered as spiritual guidance and opportunities for personal reflection.

Clients remain responsible for the decisions they make following a reading or consultation.

Wax Spiritual reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or end a reading or consultation where a request falls outside our ethical practice or where we believe it would not be appropriate to continue.

Bookings & Appointments

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment value.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being retained.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to practitioner availability.

Workshops & Events

Places at workshops and events may be limited and are confirmed upon receipt of payment where applicable.

Specific cancellation arrangements for workshops or special events will be stated at the time of booking.

Refunds & Returns

Information relating to returns, exchanges, damaged goods, cancellations, and refunds can be found in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
