We aim to dispatch every order promptly and package each parcel with care. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched on the same business day or the next business day.
Wax Spiritual operates Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed outside of our business days, including Sundays, Mondays and UK public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on our next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and begin once your order has been dispatched.

If you choose Local Collection at checkout, we will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to every country. Some destinations have import restrictions relating to botanical, ritual, or spiritual products. To comply with local regulations, we only ship to countries where we believe our products can be imported.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Wax Spiritual is based in the United Kingdom.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or courier administration charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the price of your order or the shipping costs paid at checkout.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or courier administration charges are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the products you purchase may legally be imported into your destination country and for paying any applicable import charges.
Refused or Returned International Orders
If an international order is refused because import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier administration fees have not been paid, the parcel will be handled in accordance with the courier’s and destination country’s customs procedures. Depending on the courier’s and destination country’s customs procedures, a refused parcel may be returned, abandoned, destroyed or otherwise dealt with without being returned to Wax Spiritual.
If the parcel is successfully returned, any applicable refund will only be considered once it has been safely received and inspected by Wax Spiritual. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, courier administration fees or other charges incurred by Wax Spiritual as a result of the refused shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under applicable UK consumer law.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and a parcel must be re-sent, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.
