If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, complete, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items supplied with the product. Where only part of an order is returned, or where returned items are incomplete, used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition, any refund will be adjusted accordingly.
If you wish to return an item, please email summon@waxspiritual.com with your order details before sending your return. We’ll provide the return address and help ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
Returned goods must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email summon@waxspiritual.com.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, has been damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with summon@waxspiritual.com before returning your order.
To help us assess the issue, we may ask you to provide clear photographs and, where appropriate, a short video showing the fault or damage. We may also request photographs of the external packaging if damage is believed to have occurred during transit.
Please do not return faulty or damaged items until we have reviewed your claim and provided further instructions. This helps us determine the most appropriate resolution and, where applicable, submit a claim with the relevant courier.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, a gift voucher will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty or has been supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Any refund of the original delivery charge will be made where required under applicable UK consumer law.
Premium delivery services, such as Next Day Delivery, are non-refundable beyond any amount required by law.
Where a parcel is refused by the recipient, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or import charges, any return shipping costs, customs charges, courier handling fees or other costs incurred by Wax Spiritual may be deducted from any applicable refund.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier administration fees imposed by the destination country. Refusing to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority. Wax Spiritual is not responsible for any costs, delays or losses arising from the refusal to pay these charges. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, courier handling fees or other costs incurred by Wax Spiritual as a result of a refused shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund.
