- Practical Techniques – Discover simple and effective grounding methods, including visualisation, movement, nature-based practices, and working with tools such as crystals and herbs.
- Guided Meditation – Conclude the session with a meditation designed to help you connect with the Earth’s energy, promoting a sense of calm and stability.
- Take-home Materials – Receive a selection of resources to support your continued practice, including an information guide, grounding crystals, and additional tools to integrate what you have learnt into daily life.
